We received this award for the painting of this fabulous heritage home in Brunswick, close to Pascoe Vale. The clients called us when other painters had started stripping paint with heat guns not realising there was lead paint underneath. Naturally this was very upsetting for our clients. We were able to strip the remaining paint and sand the bare timber following our lead paint protocols to minimise any dust. We then oil undercoated and painted to produce this fabulous result. We received a 2023 painting award for this fabulous home we painted in Northcote, close to Pascoe Vale. The rear of the house is a modern extension and the front original. Apart from the usual preparation of sanding, filling and gapping we also washed and sanded alot of oiled timber and brought it back to life using Sikkens Cetol HLS. Much of the timber was black or very weathered and we had to wash multiple times and sand prior to recoating. For more information on this project please click here to see our project page.

We received this 2022 painting award for the painting of this beautiful heritage home in Altona. We have included a before and after shot for you. The significant preparation and painting together with the new modern colour scheme have really lifted this home from heavy and dark (see below) to light and airy. We completed substantial preparation including stripping of some paint and oil undercoated alot of the timber prior to painting. This photo is of a fabulous heritage home we painted in Pascoe Vale. We initially painted the interior and exterior windows and then returned to paint the rest of the exterior.

The photo is of a modern house in Pascoe Vale. We painted the exterior of both properties on the block and used a boom to access the high areas we couldn’t reach using ladders.

This photo and the one below are of another house we painted in Pascoe Vale. When we painted the 2nd-storey area we had to organise a boom, council and power permits and have an electrical spotter on-site to ensure we didn’t touch the power line. This photo is from a home we painted in Williamstown. Although not too close to Pascoe Vale it is an example of a stunning period home with beautiful ornate features.

We painted this house in Pascoe Vale in 2 separate trips. We painted the 2nd-storey extension first from scaffolding and then returned later to paint the remainder of the house.

This photo is of a commercial building we painted in Airport West. It was complex due to power lines, render repairs and height issues. We painted this after the building had been leased for many years and prior to re-lease.

The final photo is of Brunswick South West Primary School. This is a large building that was in poor condition prior to painting. We undertook significant preparation especially with the windows many of which we stripped. For more photos of this project please click here to view our video.
